Video evidence checklist
- Start with the machine identity plate and full machine view.
- Show the controller program and installed tools/drilling units.
- Record material dimensions and the unprocessed panel.
- Film the complete cycle without hiding tool changes or manual steps.
- Show both faces/edges of the completed part.
- Measure critical dimensions, hole positions and depths on camera.

Record with the quotation
Save the video date, machine identity, quoted revision, material, program, tooling, measured results and any exceptions. A video is evidence only when it can be tied to the ordered configuration.

CNC machine video verification questions
Can I request a video using my own panel drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing, material, thickness, tooling requirement and acceptance points so the factory can confirm whether a representative test can be recorded.
What should an ATC tool-change video show?
It should show the tool magazine, tool call from the program, release and pickup, spindle restart and the next operation without hiding the change sequence.
Can a working video replace pre-shipment inspection?
It provides useful evidence but may not cover every component, document and accessory. Use it as part of the agreed inspection record.
Why should the video show measurements?
Cutting motion alone does not prove a usable result. Visible measurements connect the machine cycle to the dimensions and hole positions required by the buyer.
